Here are some comments we've received about our music lesson program:

I just want to take a moment to let you know how much our son, Ben, enjoyed the Summer Rock Camp.
His instructor was Mike Almas who was just fantastic with the kids and really pushed them to take some chances and grow musically. Ben really benefitted from Mike's instruction and encouragement.
The Moonshine Cafe concert on Sunday was a delight. Both groups were so entertaining and it was impressive to see how much they learned in just a week. We really appreciated the timing of the concert on Sunday - it meant that the extended family was able to attend and enjoy the performances.
Thanks again,

TA

The Moonshine Café hosts a two hour stage on the Sunday afternoon every year at Winterfolk www.winterfolk.com at which we showcase deserving artists that play here.
We rent a bus and go en masse.. There are about 120 seats in the room where we play. This year every seat was full... Plus more standing.

THE ABSOLUTE HIGHLIGHT OF THE DAY were the three young people that I had picked from the Gear Music Youth Jam.. They played three songs each.

Tyson Kramer, Emily Hoppe and Meghan Boni.. All 14-16 years old.

They performed like they’d been doing it forever. Emily got a standing ovation for her rendition of Hallelujah.
Tyson did  LET IT BE, IMAGINE and Dan Folgelbergs LEADER OF THE BAND flawlessly and his vocals soared.
Meghan lit the crowd up and James MacKay joined her on mandolin. She then joined me and my cronies on banjo for the finale.
Tyson and Meghan came back to The Moonshine for the night and jammed with everyone till midnight!!!

MY POINT: These kids performed here in front of people on a stage for the first time no more than three month’s ago.
KUDO’S to you guys for encouraging them, the result is beyond inspiring to us all.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR DEDICATION TO THESE WONDERFUL YOUNG PEOPLE!!!!!

Best Regards
