USED Gibson 2016 Les Paul Traditional Honey Burst w/OHSC - CONSIGNMENT
6 String Solidbody Electric Guitar featuring a mahogany body, carved maple t op, mahogany neck, 2 humbucking pickups in Excellent condition with Case.
Officially, this is a Light Burst plain top, but we think saying "Honey Burst" give you a better idea of the finish.
Featuring a Solid Mahogany body with a plain maple carved top, this looks elegant and understated but it means business!
50's style Mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard, 12" radius.
Back and sides of the body (and neck) is finished in a beautiful amber/honey tone - instead of a deep red mahogany you see with Les Paul Standards.
Standard Les Paul control layout with a 3 way toggle switch, master volume and tone for each pickup.
Originally this came with 57' Classic pickups but they have been changed with "PAF" clones. Unfortunately, there are no marking on the pickups but they do look very similar to the WIZZ pickups. We can not say for sure, and the guitar is priced as a regular Traditional Les Paul.
There are a fair amount of pickup builders out there making PAF clones that look excatly like these. We have had WIZZ pickups in before, and they're similar.
The pickup surrounds are replacements too, looks like they came with the PAF Clones, and again, are very similar to what WIZZ offers.
The original tailpiece and bridge have been upgraded with more "authentic" VOS style parts.
This Consignment guitar is in Excellent condition and comes with Original Hardshell Case and all case candy, including the pickguard and original knobs.
Overall, there's very little play wear - most notable is some light buckle rash type scratches on the back of the body - seen in picture.
It plays and sounds great! We like the simple Plain top look... as much as people go on about the AAA Flame top, etc... there's something very cool about a plain top.
Somebody invested some great upgrades into this guitar and you can benefit from these upgrades!
