USED Gibson 1966 ES 125 w/Case - CONSIGNMENT
Full Depth Archtop Hollow Body Electric Guitar made by Gibson.
The ES 125 is a Full Depth Hollow Body electric guitar featuring a non-cutaway body shape and a single P-90 Pickup.
Several different variations of the ES 125 were made over the years, but this is the original (1946-1970) and it's very very cool!
These are considered to be one of the most underated "Vintage" Gibson guitars... it was a student model, but it's a great guitar used by many famous players.
This Consignment guitar is in Excellent condition and features fantastic light lacquer checking that can't be duplicated by even the best aging in the business.
There are some wear marks along the side near the jack and some light marks on the back - as seen in the pictures.
It's got that Sound... the sound of the single P-90 in the neck position combined with a full depth fully hollow body construction.
The Original Sunburst finish has faded to almost a honey burst.
Original tuners have been replaced with gold repros.
Comes with a non original hardshell case.
This is an original/one owner guitar, bought new in the mid-sixties.
It is a very cool archtop electric!
