USED Washburn B-12 5 String Banjo - CONSIGNMENT
Vintage, 5-string bluegrass-style resonator banjo featuring a removable resonator allowing the player to play it as an open back banjo with 24 lugs, mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard, in excellent condition.
Produced in the late 1970's - 1980's, this is a wonderful entry-intermediate level 5-String Banjo known for providing a bright, punchy tone with solid projection.
Constructed of Mahogany back with matching sides, mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard.
Designed to have a removable resonator for an open back, more mellow tone playing experience... it also lightens the weight a bit.
With the back attached, it provides a punchier, brighter sound.
This Consignment banjo is in excellent condition with little play wear. Most notable is a bit of wear on the headstock and the hardware is showing oxidation.
