Quilter are one of the best sounding, and built, Solid State guitar amplifiers currently on the market.
The Pro Block 200 was one of their first "Block" amplifiers featuring a rather unique, and very effective, TR-Q EQ System instead of the usual Bass, Middle and Treble controls.
This is one of the earlier Quilters that's Made in the USA.
Not a Digital amp (except for the Reverb), this is an analog, solid state 200 watt, single channel amplifier with built in Reverb and Limiter functions AND it comes loaded into a Quilter Blockdock 12 Extension Cabinet.
The perfect grab and go lightweight, loud and excellent sounding amplifier solution.
The "Tri Q" EQ... "The frequency response is flat, or neutral, in the middle. The left end of the control accesses a “scooped” EQ with full treble and bass, but less midrange, often used for greater “chime” and clarity. The right end of the control accesses a midrange-treble boost with reduced bass, often used for a more forward leadguitar effect. These three main voices are blended smoothly on in-between settings."
It's a great pedal platform amplifier AND a great pairing for a digital modeler! Defeat your Speaker/Cabinet IR's and plug directly into the quilter from your modeler and you've got a great live rig right there.
The included Blockdock is an ideal lightweight 1x12 cabinet, specifically designed for the Quilter Block series of amplifiers and features a specially designed Celestion BN12-300S speaker.
This Consignment amplifier is in Excellent condition with a bit of light wear along the side of the cabinet. Comes with power cord and Quilter nylon cover.
