This Palmer is an American Company that has been around longer than the German Palmers.
This is an awesome little offshore built Analog Delay and it's built like a solid little tank!
This Used pedal is in Excellent Condition and comes with Original Box.
Can be powered by a 9 volt battery or appropriate power supply - not included.
