6 String Solidbody Electric guitar, Made in the USA, featuring a J Hook body shape, set neck with Rosewood fingerboard, Kahler locking tremolo bridge in Very Good Condition with Original Case.
Only produced for a few years, 1984-1989, the Scarab was one of Hamer's more unique looking instruments, featuring a "J-hook" explorer inspired body shape.
The more known musicians to play the Scarab would be Sammy Hagar and Rick Savage from Def Leppard - he played the Scarb bass for years.
This wonderful throwback to the 80's features the Scarab body shape finished in a wonderful Candy Apple Red.
Body, and neck, are of Mahogany construction.
1 Single humbucker, in the bridge position, and a wonderful Kahler whammy bar tremolo bridge.
Set neck, rosewood fingerboard with 22 frets and very little fret wear.
Overall, this is one "sick" guitar.
This consignment guitar is in Very Good condition with average amount of play wear for a guitar that's been rocked for over 40 years.
Common wear, like the corners of the horns - as seen in the pictures.
Comes with original case and whammy bar for the Kahler.
