USED Gibson 2013 Midtown Kalamazoo Semi Hollow Electric w/OHSC - CONSIGNMENT
6 String Semi Hollow body electric guitar featuring a shorter scale length, Chambered Mahogany Body, Maple top, Mahogany neck with rosewood fretboard, 2 humbucking pickups, gold hardware, trapeze tailpiece, independent volume and tone controls in Excellent condition with Original Hard Shell Case.
Lordy, lordy... another limited edition guitar! This one hails from 2013 and, apparently, was limited to only 600 pieces (!) Safe to say, it's something you don't see everyday and it's very cool!
This was a modern "tribute" to the Gibson Byrdland Jazz Box.
Featuring a shorter scale - 23.5", this is a fantastic little semi hollow body that can rock out, if wanted/needed. Don't forget, that Mister Ted Nugent rocked out a Gibson Byrdland for years, and he wasn't exactly a quiet player.
This little guy has a chambered mahogany body and what they called a "Flat Carved" maple top providing a "hollow-body resonance with the stability of a solid-center block."
Fitted with a Mahogany Neck with a bound rosewood fretboard with block inlays and the Gibson "Flower Pot" inlay on the headstock.
Electronics include a pair of Gold Gibson 57' Classic Humbuckers that are Splittable, with push/pull pots.
Mmmm gold hardware, vintage sunburst gloss finish and natural on the back, and the classic zigzag trapeze tailpiece.
A fantastic and very, very clean guitar... one that we haven't seen before and probably won't see another!
