Built for Gibson’s 50 years of the SG celebration — a limited signature Special, not a catalogue plain SG. Specs are classic Special territory done Townshend-style: mahogany body, mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard, dual P-90 pickups, and a gloss Alpine White finish on the familiar dual-cutaway SG outline.
P-90s give you that rawer single-coil punch SG Specials are known for — tighter and more mid-forward than full-size humbuckers, still very much in the Townshend/Who rhythm-and-crunch lane. Twin cutaways keep upper-fret access easy on a lightweight solid-body platform.

This Consignment guitar is in excellent condition with very little play wear. There is a small ding along the edge of the body - seen in picture, and there's a small solder burn mark along the edge of the control cavity.
3 of the 4 Pots have been changed, pickups are original.
