USED Gibson 2008 Longhorn Guitar of the Month w/OHSC - CONSIGNMENT
6 String Solidbody electric guitar featuring mahogany double cutaway body with a figured maple top, 1 piece mahogany neck with 22 fret ebony fingerboard fitted with small block inlays, 2 Active humbucking pickups, piezo saddle pickup, limited to approx 1000 units per colour, in Excellent condition with Original Case.
The Gibson Blue Longhorn circa july 2008 - July month was Blue(!)
These were limited to approx 1000 guitars per colour - not seen that often in the used market... this one is number 95.
Featuring a unique Mahogany double cutaway body shape - with slightly extended horns, hence the Longhorn name.
The body is top bound and fitted with a highly figured maple top, finished in that July Blue.
The neck is a one piece mahogany with a 22 fret ebony fingerboard, unbound, and a multi bound headstock with the "Flower Pot" Inlay and a slim "D" shape.
The fingerboard features small block inlays.
Fitted with 2 EMG 85 Active Humbuckers and a LR Baggs Piezo saddle pickup system for acoustic type sounds.
To go with the unique electronics, there are 2 output jacks giving the player the option to blend between the Magnetic and Piezo pickups or send the 2 signals to 2 seperate amplifiers/sources.
A truly unique Gibson Eletric guitar that you don't see too often!
This Consignment guitar is in Excellent condition with very little/if any play wear.
Comes with original "GOTM" Guitar of the Month Hardshell case with crushed white interior.
