"Gibson Hummingbirds bring the gift of Joy"
Overall, this is in Very Good Condition, and it sounds and plays fantastic... a very nice sounding Hummingbird and, it's 34 years old! And it's been played.
At some point a previous owner has installed an active under saddle pickup.
The previous owner has touched up some of the wear - no cracks, just wear through the lacquer exposing the wood and so the owner used a touch up pen on the bare wood.
As seen in the photos.
There also appears to be some clear glue on the top of the body close to the neck joint/sound hole, bass side. There are 2 very small cracks in the top on either side of the neck at the sound hole - as highlighted in the photos. These are not moving, and are difficult to see, but you can feel them.
There some small pick wear on the top close to the neck joint, treble side.
There are no other cracks/holes or anything structural going on. The bridge is fine, not lifting - hasn't been reset. Neck is good and the truss rod works.
It's a great old Hummingbird - sure, it's not from the 60's but it is 34 Years old and has been played well over the past 34 years.
