15 Watt Compact solid state practice amplifier for electric guitar featuring an 8" speaker, 3 band EQ, ckean AND dirty sounds, in Excellent condition.
The Fender X-15 i s another outstanding model in Fender's highly successful line of solid state amplifiers. The X-15 incorporates Fender's exclusive "POWER SHIFT" circuit. POWER SHIFT, with the touch of one button, provides increased gain in the pre-amplifier section for additional distortion/overdrive and added mid-range boost especially designed to compliment the harmonic structure needed for that great "screaming" lead sound. Fender R&D Engineers have developed an outstanding feature, the CONTOUR Control. With this one control, you have the ability to dramatically change the sound of the X-15 from a honky, growling mid-range (CONTOUR set to 0) to that classic "metal crunch" (CONTOUR set to 10). The CONTOUR Control is exclusive to Fender amplifiers and is found on many higher priced amplifiers. The X-15 incorporates a closed back cabinet design to help increase the low frequency response. The 8" speaker has been carefully selected to provide excellent sonic quality in both clean and overdrive sounds.
