This guitar was a limited edition from Fender and was made in Mexico as an "Authentic Hendrix Product" and features an etched Hendrix neck plate.

This Limited Edition Hendrix strat hails from 2018. Some people describe it as "Purple Haze" but it's really Ultraviolet. It's Purple... as in Purple Haze.
Featuring a 9.5" radius on a Maple neck with Reverse Headstock and Reverse Bridge pickup slant - to get those authentic Hendrix type tones.
Alder body, finished in Purple Haze, I mean Ultraviolet, vintage style tremolo bridge.
Pickups are Fender American Vintage '65 single coils.

The reverse headstock is a popular "Mod" that some people prefer for thier strats. The increased string length of the Low strings provide more tension and better bass response.
