A used 2003 Fender Custom Shop ’59 Esquire in blonde, with the original hard shell case — ash body, white pickguard, and a late-’50s “D” shape maple neck. Classic Custom Shop nod to the end-of-decade Tele/Esquire era, not a production-line shortcut.
Condition: Excellent. Weight 7.2 lbs.
Electronics aren’t stock: the original pickup has been replaced with a Seymour Duncan La Brea Tele set (Brad Paisley’s signature Tele pair) — built for clear snap and twang, rounder top end, and full but tight lows. Bridge is vintage-style Tele, now fitted with hard-to-find RSD compensated saddles; the original saddles are included if you want to go back.
