Bridge Humbucking pickup from Epiphone designed after the Gibson 498T.
The Gibson 498T is a pickup that was found in many Gibson core model of electric guitars. Over the years, the 498T has been replaced by Pro Buckers and Custom Buckers but many people really like the original 498's and pick them up (sort a pun) when they can.
This is an Epiphone USA 98T - ann offshore version of the 498T, and it's every bit the business!
This came out of the Epiphone "Wino" Jerry Cantrell Les Paul Custom, which, apparently, was his choice for the Bridge Position of his signature Les Paul.
This Used pickup is in excellent condition - almost like new.
Features two expose black bobbins, high output and frequency response that favours upper mids and high end.
