USED Electro Harmonix 1981 Small Stone Phase Shifter
Analog Vintage Phaser Pedal with Controls for Rate and Color in Very Good Condition.
One of the Classics in terms of Phase Shifters!
The Small Stone Phase Shifter is an Analog 4 stage Phase shifter pedal with a very simple control layout - 1 big knob for rate and a 2 way switch for "color".
"warm, lush, creamy, washy goodness"
This Small Stone - Version 3 circa 1981 - sounds exceptionally good, with all those characteristics noted above.
This 3rd version features a slightly more forward, pronounced, voicing (compared to the previous version) without the perceived volume drop.
When the color switch is in the "up" position, it adds more feedback to the effect producing a slightly more vocal effect in the higher frequencies and an overall more intense phase effect.
note This says "AC" on the pedal but it in fact takes a center positive DC 9 Volt power supply - not the regular polarity of say a Boss power supply. Power supply not included.
It can also run off a 9 volt battery.
This used pedal is in Very Good + condition with some cosmetic wear from the past 40+ years. The little rubber feet on the bottom will probably need replacing, as some are missing.
It functions as it should as sounds fantastic!!
