Product Description

6 String Solidbody Electric Guitar featuring a Neck thru body construction, 2 single coil pickups, 1 humbucker pickup with 3 mini toggle switches and mid boost, Locking Tremolo bridge licensed by Floyd Rose in Good condition.

Made in Japan, circa 1987.

You may want to call this a Shredder guitar, and you wouldn't be wrong but it's sooo much more.
Back in the day, these guitars were played by many a pop guitar player (granted, most "Pop" songs had a ripping guitar solo) and the super strats were everywhere in all music genres.

This is almost 40 years old(!) The Model 6 came out in 1986 and this guy, from 1987, finished in wonderful Pearl White, was the first to feature the new Jackson Branded JT6 Locking tremolo licensed by Floyd Rose. The Black Grover tuners are branded "Jackson" too.
Featuring a neck thru-body construction - maple neck/centre with Poplar wings (body).
Neck is fast and flat - complete with a 16" radius, bound 24 fret rosewood fretboard with "Shark Fin" inlays.
The HSS Pickups configuration features a Changed Humbucker (would have been a Jackson B50) and 2 Jackson J200 single coil pickups.
Three mini toggle on/off switches for each pickup, Master Volume and Tone controls and a Mid Boost knob.
No pickguard, everything is nicely back routed, as was the style of the times.

This Used guitar is in Good++ Condition. Realistically, I would say in Very Good Condition but there are a couple of cosmetic wear marks - most notable is the lacquer crack in the gloss pear white finish on the face of the body (seen in the picture) and, the 2 dings - one in the body and one on the end of the pointy headstock - par for the course with the pointy bits.

A very well made, versatile guitar with some serious vibes.
