USED BOSS DS-1 Distortion Pedal MIT circa 1989 - CONSIGNMENT
Classic Analog Distortion pedal with controls for Volume, Distortion and Tone in Very Good Condition.
The Best/Top selling pedal worldwide and has been for 1000's of years.
Ok, perhaps not thousands of years, but if the British explorers, under Captain Scott's Terra Nova Expidition, took an upright paino to the Antarctic (early 1900's) you bet someone would have taken a DS-1 on early expiditions - if there was such a thing.
Anyway, theres probably isn't a more iconic distortion pedal than the DS-1.
This "Vintage" DS-1, circa 1989, features all the goodness of the hailed DS-1, with the classic orange colour, and the classic hard clipping distortion from the combination of OP-Amp and Transistor Distortion.
The DS-1 has been used/heard on more albums than you can think of.
They're also very popular because they can be easily modded.
This Consignment pedal is in Very Good condition with some light play wear on the pedal casing. This pedal can be powered by 9 volt battery.
Note this is one of the last pedals, from BOSS, that used the older ACA power supply, not the current PSA supplies.
