USED BOSS CE-1 Chorus Ensemble Pedal - CONSIGNMENT

One of the very first chorus pedals ever made!

The classic, big "olde" anvil style Chorus Ensembe from Boss. Originally introduced in 1977 and adopted by MANY a player back in  the day (and today).

It's a classic for it's warm analog goodness and lucious modulated sounds.

This Consignment item is an Original without too much done to it but to be honest, most people end up doing a little something something to them to get the best out of a pedal for your guitar.

This is in excellent condition with very little cosmetic wear, especially compared to some others out there on the market.
At some point, the "Stereo" output jack was removed, so it was only a Mono pedal but it has been put back to the original "Stereo" specs.
I'm using quotations because this pedal isn't a real stereo pedal... the Mono output has the Chorus/Vibrato effect but when you engage the "Stereo" output, that gives you the effect coming out of the one jack with a dry signal coming out of the other jack. That's the original design of the pedal - people do mod these for a 'true' stereo option.
The original power cord has been replaced with a longer one.
Otherwise, it's original.

These are dark pedals, when engaged. Some people like that, others swap out the pot for a 500k one to add brightness to the signal.
Some people also change the value of the input so the impedence is more suited for an instrument level, rather than a line level.

Works a charm and has that lovely chorus/vibrato motion in the ocean of goodness.
