The Ultra Swede became an immediate sensation upon its first introduction in 2007, where players were immediately taken by the Ultra Swedes modern appearance, tonal compatibility and flair. Nonetheless, the Ultra Swedes “Ultra” thin neck appealed to a multitude of players by providing guitarists with one of the worlds thinnest guitar necks available on the international market.

After several years of discussions, experimentation, and consulting, we now proudly introduce the Ultra Swede Floyd Rose guitar.

As there are a multitude of double locking guitars on the market, our offering had to outshine and outplay all others. As many players often experience that double locking equipped guitars lack sustain and tone, the Ultra Swede outshines all others in this area. The woods and materials used in the construction of these instruments bring the double locking system to a new standard. Mission accomplished!

With the use of the Hagstrom H-Expander truss rod and the Resinator fingerboard, players will notice a major increase in sustain and brilliant tone, which is often not experienced on guitars built by other brands. The secret is in our neck, and body construction.

As Hagstrom necks are incredibly stable due to the benefits of the H-Expander truss rod construction and the “harder then hard” Resinator fretboard, the tone of the instrument sings with clarity and with incredible sustain. Only Hagstrom can deliver such a fantastic tone fantastic clarity with a double locking system.

How about the guitars ability of staying perfectly in tune? Not a problem!

As other conventional truss rods will sometimes “shift” out of place when using a double locking tremolo to its absolute extremities, the Hagstrom neck stays perfectly straight which will provide the player with an instrument capable of staying in tune and with great sustain and brilliance, compared to any other double locking guitar on the market.
