FENDER HAS FINALLY REISSUED A NEW BROWN PANEL AMP!!! The "Brown Panel" era of Fender amplifiers was short-lived and vintage originals are highly sought after, with many players proclaiming them the "ultimate Fender amps" due to their tonality which sits perfectly between the raw, gritty Tweed era tones and sparkling Black Panel era tones. The Super Amp from the early 1960's Brown Panel era was also one of a select few Fender amps which boasted Harmonic Tremolo - a gorgeously syrupy, swirling, almost vibrato-like effect. Harmonic Tremolo has become a popular effect for pedal builders to replicate lately, but the only way to get the real-deal Harmonic Tremolo is through the unique, original tube-driven circuit, as found in the original Brown Panel Super, and found now in this reissue.

Considered hidden treasures from the early 1960s, Fender "brown panel" amplifiers bridged the gap between the raw tone of '50s-era tweed amps and the sparkling clean tone of mid-'60s "black panel" amps.
